Thank you for shopping at Trendhome. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

      You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. No requests will be accepted after this period.

    1. Conditions for Return
      To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.
For shoes, the sole and upper part must be undamaged and free from scratches or marks.

The original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact.

    1. Refund Process
      Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for quality and condition.
      If everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    1. Exchange Policy
      If you receive the wrong size, you can exchange it for the correct size, subject to stock availability. If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund.

    1. Shipping Costs
      If the product is defective or incorrect due to our error, Trendhome will cover the return shipping costs.

    1. Non-Refundable Cases
      Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

The product shows signs of wear and tear or has been used.
The original box, tags, or accessories are missing or damaged.
